Summer Picnic August 5th

join us for a great time at our Summer Picnic in Yakima this year (we rotate among 3 sites throughou the state). The festivities will begin at 11am and continue throughout the day with kids games, music, dancing, mus playing, etc. We are fortunate to have band from Euskal Herria performing. Beste Bat is their name and they’ll bring their trikitixa (accordion), bass, guitar, voices, etc and share their musical talents with us. Lamb and possibly salmon will be provided. Please bring something to drink and a side dish to share. The location is the St. Joseph’s Athenum Mission Park: 17740 Ahtanum Road, Yakima. There is a old mission where Aita Tillous will celebrate mass at noon that day. There are also plenty of grounds to camp out on. It’s a very beautiful site.
