One of the things I miss the most about Euskal Herria is hopping from bar to bar enjoying pintxos with a good Rioja. Thanks to Joseba Jimenez and Carolin Messier de Jimenez from the Harvest Vine we can now do just that here in Seattle. The “taberna”  is called Txori and it is located in Belltown, on 2nd & Blanchard.
