Summer Picnic	Date – August 30 Location – LarabeeState Park near Bellingham reserved Site has electric, water, beach access Price – $20 members, $25 non-members, $40 family, (12 and under free) Mus Tournament 11:00 $10 per person, prizes to be determined Food 12:00 Music 1:30 Menu (SEE to provide) Lamb, chorizo, cheese, bread, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, members will be asked to bring side dishes cost estimate for band is $1910 + 2 nights hotel for band in Ellensberg

Fall Band	Update from Danielle on txalaparta group
Website	Gorka worked with Eric Miller and the website now includes a discussion forum function
Other Items	Approved purchase of club banner (up to $200)
