   Membership
   1. Flier return status – 10 returned so
      far, 20 return to senders. Gaizka will send Danielle a list of membership
      contacts with email info only for outreach.
   2. Membership Card – Joe to design
      membership card, Danielle to contact publisher to print.
   3. Exec board membership status (us!)
   4. New member letter/mailer
      1. i.    New member list
      2. ii.    New member welcome letter- Danielle
         provided rough draft, and will email to SEE board for final review.  Amaya will print 500 color copies of final
         draft
      3. iii.    Supplies (should be ok)
      4. iv.    1/23 6:30 at Gaizka’s to stuff
         envelopes

   Events
   1. Gaztealde status-Any news/contact
      with Toni – Amaya to re-reserve picnic site
   2. Language day update/status (2/27/09?)
      Info and sign up sheet Gaztealde at world language day. Danielle to man
      booth.  9:30 to 2:30, Amaya to do
      half-day in morning.

Danielle to design info flyer and
board. All will contribute books and props they have.

Amaya to try to find a fluent speaker
to man the booth.
